{"id":7504,"date":"2024-12-20T18:21:50","date_gmt":"2024-12-20T18:21:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/challengeseconomiques.com\/?p=7504"},"modified":"2024-12-20T18:24:10","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T18:24:10","slug":"les-ambitions-du-maroc-dans-lindustrie-ferroviaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/challengeseconomiques.com\/?p=7504","title":{"rendered":"Les ambitions du Maroc dans l\u2019industrie ferroviaire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>En ligne de mire de la Coupe du monde de 2030 et au-del\u00e0, le Maroc intensifie ses investissements dans l\u2019industrie ferroviaire, souhaitant produire ses \u00e9quipements.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le Maroc a re\u00e7u 14 milliards de dollars d\u2019offres d\u2019investissement pour son plan directeur de modernisation des liaisons ferroviaires dans le pays, a-t-on appris lors du Forum de la BAD (Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement). Un chiffre qui d\u00e9passe largement l\u2019objectif de 8,8 milliards\u00a0$ retenu par l\u2019Office national des chemins de fer (ONCF).<\/p>\n<p>La BAD a elle-m\u00eame sign\u00e9 un pr\u00eat de 350 millions\u00a0$ au Maroc pour des projets d\u2019infrastructure lors du forum. La banque envisage \u00e9galement de pr\u00eater 650 millions\u00a0$ pour aider le pays \u00e0 renforcer ses infrastructures en vue de la Coupe du monde de football 2030, que le Maroc organisera conjointement avec l\u2019Espagne et le Portugal. Ce pr\u00eat permettrait de stimuler la gouvernance \u00e9conomique, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019approvisionnement en eau et d\u2019\u00e9tablir une zone industrielle dans le port de Nador West Med.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Pour r\u00e9ussir, nous devons passer par deux phases majeures, en s\u2019appuyant sur deux leviers, \u00e0 savoir l\u2019innovation et l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me industriel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le Maroc cherche \u00e0 \u00e9tendre consid\u00e9rablement son r\u00e9seau ferroviaire qui devrait atteindre 3\u00a0800 km \u00e0 horizon 2040, contre environ 2\u00a0200 km aujourd\u2019hui. Selon le plan d\u2019expansion de l\u2019ONCF, 87\u00a0% de la population serait connect\u00e9e par le rail, et le r\u00e9seau relierait 43 villes, quinze a\u00e9roports internationaux et douze ports maritimes.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux projets d\u2019extension du r\u00e9seau actuel sont en cours. L\u2019ONCF pr\u00e9voit d\u2019investir un milliard\u00a0$ dans l\u2019achat de nouveaux trains, la modernisation du mat\u00e9riel roulant existant et la construction de nouveaux ateliers de maintenance entre 2025 et 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Le Maroc dispose d\u00e9j\u00e0 de certaines des meilleures infrastructures ferroviaires d\u2019Afrique, notamment son seul service ferroviaire \u00e0 grande vitesse, Al Boraq, qui relie les villes de Tanger et de Marrakech, sur 320 km.<\/p>\n<p>Un projet est en cours pour prolonger la ligne jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Marrakech <em>via<\/em> l\u2019a\u00e9roport international de Casablanca, \u00e0 temps pour la Coupe du monde de 2030. Les contrats d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie pour ce projet ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs entreprises marocaines et chinoises.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des rames <em>Made in Morocco<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une future extension des services d\u2019Al Boraq vers Agadir est \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude. Le Maroc pr\u00e9voit d\u2019accueillir des matches dans six villes : Agadir, Casablanca, F\u00e8s, Marrakech, Rabat, Tanger. Le stade Hassan II, actuellement en construction \u00e0 Casablanca, est l\u2019un des trois sites en lice pour accueillir la finale, avec le stade Santiago Bernabeu de Madrid et le Camp Nou de Barcelone.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9cent Rail Industry Summit de Casablanca a servi d\u2019\u00e9crin aux ambitions du Maroc. Le pays, y a-t-on appris, ambitionne d\u00e9sormais de fabriquer ses propres rames de train, afin d\u2019approvisionner ses besoins, et d\u2019exporter vers le reste de l\u2019Afrique.<\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement marocain a d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9 une enveloppe de\u00a087 milliards de dirhams (8,3 milliards d\u2019euros) pour moderniser son r\u00e9seau <em>via<\/em> un contrat-programme avec l\u2019ONCF. Aujourd\u2019hui, le constructeur fran\u00e7ais Alstom fournit les rames\u00a0TGV\u00a0; d\u2019autres fournisseurs sont sur les rangs pour proposer les autres mat\u00e9riels roulants, en attendant des produits fabriqu\u00e9s au Maroc.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le pays, il s\u2019agit de cr\u00e9er un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me autour du ferroviaire, avec de nombreux emplois qualifi\u00e9s \u00e0 la clef.
