{"id":6898,"date":"2024-08-28T13:54:41","date_gmt":"2024-08-28T13:54:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/challengeseconomiques.com\/?p=6898"},"modified":"2024-08-28T13:58:16","modified_gmt":"2024-08-28T13:58:16","slug":"air-senegal-developper-la-strategie-du-holding-pour-sauver-la-compagnie-aerienne-de-la-faillite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/challengeseconomiques.com\/?p=6898","title":{"rendered":"Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal : D\u00e9velopper la strat\u00e9gie du holding pour sauver la compagnie a\u00e9rienne de la  faillite"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2016, sous le magist\u00e8re du Pr\u00e9sident Macky Sall, la compagnie a\u00e9rienne, Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal a toujours navigu\u00e9 dans un ciel sombre, laissant souvent penser qu\u2019elle conna\u00eetra t\u00f4t ou tard un crash comme ces devanci\u00e8res, \u00e0 savoir Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal international et S\u00e9n\u00e9gal Airlines.\u00a0 En effet, les difficult\u00e9s n\u2019ont cess\u00e9 de se dresser sur le trajet de la jeune compagnie a\u00e9rienne depuis sa naissance en 2016. Elles entraineront le limogeage de son premier Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le fran\u00e7ais Philippe Bohn, nomm\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt 2017 et son remplacement par Ibrahima Kane. Ce dernier sera remerci\u00e9 \u00e0 son tour, en juillet 2022. Il est remplac\u00e9 par El hadji Badara Fall. Malgr\u00e9 tout, la compagnie a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 vivre des situations difficiles. Et la derni\u00e8re en date, c\u2019est la r\u00e9v\u00e9lation d\u2019une dette de dix millions de dollars que la compagnie a\u00e9rienne s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise doit \u00e0 Carlyle Aviation, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de leasing d\u2019avions. Cette derni\u00e8re aurait m\u00eame obtenu de la justice am\u00e9ricaine ; la saisie de quatre des appareils d\u2019Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal. Pour ne rien arranger, Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal est oblig\u00e9e face \u00e0 cette situation, de suspendre certaines de ses vols comme celles \u00e0 destination du Gabon et du Cameroun, \u00e0 partir du mois de septembre 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, en d\u00e9pit de cette \u00ab\u00a0situation de crise\u00a0\u00bb, le ministre des transports a\u00e9riens du nouveau gouvernement a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0Il est hors de question de d\u00e9clarer faillite et de cr\u00e9er une autre compagnie\u00a0\u00bb. Il a ainsi donn\u00e9 des assurances sur les dispositions du nouveau r\u00e9gime \u00e0 \u00a0tout faire pour sauver Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal. Il a parl\u00e9 de \u00a0\u00ab\u00a0redynamiser la compagnie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La situation financi\u00e8re difficile que traverse la compagnie est en train d\u2019\u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9 si on en croit le ministre. Il a en tout cas d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00a0: \u201cNous sommes en train de payer les dettes d\u2019Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal au niveau national et international, car nous voulons tout faire pour remettre la compagnie sur pied\u201d. Cette dette est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 100 milliards FCFA.<\/p>\n<p>Mais, il faudra sans doute changer de strat\u00e9gie. Car celles mises en \u0153uvre depuis la naissance de la compagnie maintiennent en permanence cette derni\u00e8re dans une zone de turbulences. Cela montre clairement que les \u00a0choix\u00a0 strat\u00e9giques effectu\u00e9s par la compagnie a\u00e9rienne n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 bons (Achat d\u2019appareils neufs, ouverture d\u2019autres lignes etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Dans la recherche de solutions et dans une \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9marche participative et inclusive\u00a0\u00bb, le nouveau ministre des transports a\u00e9riens, El Malick Ndiaye propose de d\u00e9velopper ce qu\u2019on appelle la strat\u00e9gie du holding.
