{"id":5325,"date":"2023-09-26T14:44:30","date_gmt":"2023-09-26T14:44:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/challengeseconomiques.com\/?p=5325"},"modified":"2023-09-26T14:44:54","modified_gmt":"2023-09-26T14:44:54","slug":"apres-la-pandemie-de-covid-19-le-trafic-aerien-retrouve-son-rythme-normal-a-laibd-selon-lanacim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/challengeseconomiques.com\/?p=5325","title":{"rendered":"Apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, le trafic a\u00e9rien retrouve son rythme normal \u00e0 l\u2019AIBD, selon l\u2019ANACIM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le trafic a\u00e9rien a retrouv\u00e9 son rythme normal \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport international Blaise-Diagne (AIBD) de Diass (ouest), apr\u00e8s les perturbations engendr\u00e9es par la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, d\u00e9clare l\u2019Agence nationale de l\u2019aviation civile et de la m\u00e9t\u00e9orologie (ANACIM) dans un communiqu\u00e9 parvenu \u00e0 l\u2019APS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9volution concerne le nombre de vols et de passagers, ainsi que la quantit\u00e9 du fret transport\u00e9, selon l\u2019autorit\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de l\u2019aviation civile s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019\u00c0 l\u2019instar du trafic a\u00e9rien mondial, le trafic \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport international Blaise-Diagne poursuit son essor\u2019\u2019, constate d\u2019abord le service des statistiques et des \u00e9tudes de la direction du transport a\u00e9rien, dans le communiqu\u00e9 re\u00e7u de l\u2019ANACIM.<\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence de ce retour \u00e0 la normale du transport a\u00e9rien mondial, \u2018\u2019pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis la crise sanitaire, toutes les activit\u00e9s de transport a\u00e9rien ont retrouv\u00e9 leur niveau d\u2019avant Covid-19\u2019\u2019, \u00e0 l\u2019AIBD, ajoute la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Le premier semestre 2023 a enregistr\u00e9 une hausse du trafic pour passagers de 18 % par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022, avec 1.393.093 passagers, contre 1.185.452, exc\u00e9dant ainsi de 19 % le trafic de 2019 sur la p\u00e9riode consid\u00e9r\u00e9e\u2019\u2019, d\u00e9clare la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, l\u2019AIBD a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 le 7 d\u00e9cembre 2017.<\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, qui a plong\u00e9 le transport a\u00e9rien dans la crise, est survenue lorsque l\u2019a\u00e9roport entamait \u00e0 peine sa troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019La quantit\u00e9 de fret transport\u00e9 au premier semestre 2023 est de 19.696 tonnes, contre 18.786 tonnes \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de 2022, soit une hausse de 5 %. Ce volume de fret d\u00e9passe de 3 % celui trait\u00e9 avant la crise\u2019\u2019 sanitaire, observe le service des statistiques et des \u00e9tudes de la direction du transport a\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n<p>Il signale que les activit\u00e9s de transport a\u00e9rien (passagers et fret r\u00e9unis) men\u00e9es suivent la m\u00eame tendance, avec 13.725 vols enregistr\u00e9s, contre 12.833 vols durant la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022, soit une hausse de 7 %.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une \u2018\u2019activit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s significative [\u2026] des compagnies de droit s\u00e9n\u00e9galais notamment\u2019\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Le nombre de mouvements d\u2019avions en 2019 est quasiment atteint \u00e0 hauteur de 99 %\u2019\u2019, souligne le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019On note une activit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s significative des compagnies a\u00e9riennes durant ce semestre, des compagnies de droit s\u00e9n\u00e9galais notamment, Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, Transair et Arc en ciel Airlines (vols \u00e0 la demande). Elles maintiennent leur part de march\u00e9 observ\u00e9e au premier trimestre, soit 25 % du trafic passagers, 15 % du fret et plus 33 % des mouvements\u2019\u2019, poursuit la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n<p>Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal assure l\u2019essentiel de ces parts de march\u00e9, pr\u00e9cise-t-elle, expliquant que \u2018\u2019la croissance observ\u00e9e du trafic pour passagers par rapport au premier semestre 2022 est li\u00e9e au dynamisme de la plupart des compagnies qui op\u00e8rent sur la plateforme\u2019\u2019 a\u00e9roportuaire de Diass.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Les compagnies \u00e9trang\u00e8res ne sont pas en reste en termes d\u2019activit\u00e9s [\u2026] La RAM (Royal Air Maroc) reste toujours tr\u00e8s active et maintient ainsi ses parts de march\u00e9, avec des croissances de 45 % du nombre de passagers transport\u00e9s et de 7 % du volume de fret trait\u00e9 par rapport au premier semestre 2022\u2019\u2019, indique le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La compagnie marocaine concentre 15 % du transport des passagers et 14 % du fret assur\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019AIBD par des compagnies africaines.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des compagnies (celles d\u2019Afrique, d\u2019Europe, etc.), elle (la RAM) occupe 8 % du trafic pour passagers et 4 % du trafic fret\u2019\u2019, notent les statisticiens de la direction du transport a\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n<p>Ils constatent que Asky Airlines et Ethiopian Airlines ont la m\u00eame part de march\u00e9\u00a0: 8 % de la concurrence intra-africaine et environ 4 % pour le march\u00e9 global \u2013 qui concerne toutes les compagnies \u2013 \u00e0 l\u2019AIBD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Air France \u2018\u2019demeure la plus performante\u2019\u2019 des compagnies non africaines\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La compagnie Air C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire assure 7 % du trafic passager africain de l\u2019a\u00e9roport Blaise-Diagne et 3 % de l\u2019ensemble de toutes les compagnies.<\/p>\n<p>Mauritania Airlines en est \u00e0 6 %, concernant la concurrence africaine, et \u00e0 3 % au niveau global.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Kenya Airways a sensiblement le m\u00eame volume de trafic pour les passagers, avec des parts de march\u00e9 entre compagnies africaines de l\u2019ordre 4 %\u2019\u2019, lit-on dans le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mauritania Airlines contr\u00f4le 2 % du trafic global (compagnies d\u2019Afrique, d\u2019Europe\u2026) \u00e0 Diass.<\/p>\n<p>Air France, concernant les compagnies non africaines, \u2018\u2019demeure la plus performante\u2019\u2019, selon les statistiques de la direction du transport a\u00e9rien. Elle concentre 22 % du trafic fret \u2013 avec une baisse de deux points \u2013 par rapport au premier trimestre de 2023. Air France assure le transport 9 % des passagers \u00e0 l\u2019AIBD.<\/p>\n<p>La compagnie SN Brussels assure 10 % du fret et 7 % du transport des passagers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Viennent ensuite Iberia et Turkish Airlines, dont les parts tournent autour de 5 % concernant les passagers. TAP (une compagnie portugaise) perd un point et se retrouve \u00e0 4 % par rapport au premier trimestre.
