Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re inauguration en janvier 2019, \u00e0 la veille de la pr\u00e9sidentielle et toute la pol\u00e9mique qui a entour\u00e9 ce projet, sur son effectivit\u00e9, son co\u00fbt, le pr\u00e9sident Macky Sall a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 le lundi 27 d\u00e9cembre 2021, \u00e0 sa mise en service officielle. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon les chiffres publi\u00e9s par le gouvernement du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, ce projet du TER aurait co\u00fbt\u00e9 780 milliards de FCFA, hors taxes. Quinze trains vont effectuer entre 5h 30mn &nbsp;du matin et 23h le trajet Gare de Dakar et &nbsp;gare de Diamniadio, distante de 35 km, tous les jours. Chaque train peut transporter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 565 passagers. C\u2019est en tout 14 gares qui seront desservies et les tarifs sont \u00e9tablis comme suit : 500 FCFA de Dakar \u00e0 Thiaroye (proche banlieue de Dakar), 1000 FCFA entre Dakar et Rufisque (une ville situ\u00e9e \u00e0 une vingtaine de km de la capitale s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise) et 1500 FCFA de Dakar \u00e0 Dianiadio, le terminus temporaire du TER. Car, selon le gouvernement du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, le TER ira jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport international Blaise Diagne comme initialement pr\u00e9vu. Pour les passagers qui choisiront de voyager en classe VIP, ils devront d\u00e9bourser 2500 FCFA. Il y aura une rotation toutes les 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce mode de transport moderne va permettre aux passagers de rallier leurs destinations respectives en un temps tr\u00e8s court. Les responsables du TER avancent que le trajet entre Dakar et Diamniadio s\u2019effectue en 45 minutes, si le train s\u2019arr\u00eate \u00e0 toutes les gares. Si au contraire, le train ne fait aucun arr\u00eat, le trajet entre Dakar et Diamniadio s\u2019effectue en 18 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Le train express r\u00e9gional est pr\u00e9vu pour transporter 115&nbsp;000 passagers par jours, quand il atteindra sa vitesse de croisi\u00e8re. Une bonne nouvelle pour &nbsp;Dakar qui sera d\u00e9sengorg\u00e9e &nbsp;et pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise qui perdait selon les r\u00e9sultats de certaines \u00e9tudes plus de 100 milliards de FCFA par ann\u00e9e, &nbsp;\u00e0 cause des embouteillages.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le train express r\u00e9gional (TER) du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal va enfin circuler.
